We only accept returns or refund when products are damaged or with quality issues found upon receipt otherwise a one-year warranty is provided for general quality issues due to production, not from usage!

How can I return or exchange a purchased item in case itโ€™s really a mismatch of expectation or simply a mistake?ย 

  • Send us an email to info.hk@nextime.eu and inform us about the issue, ideally with photos to explain in case itโ€™s about damage and malfunction. We will do our best to satisfy your needs!ย

Points to note:
1. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will not be refunded by NeXtime.

3. All accessories included must be returned together with the product, and, as reasonably possible, be in their original condition and packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with parts missing that is not caused by NeXtime, refund may be partial only or rejected.

4. Please keep proof of return from the relevant item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please check your bank account or credit card company if the refund has been credited. We would recommend you to give a bit patience since it usually takes time for this kind of transaction or to have the transaction posted on statement with the financial institutes.ย

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at info.hk@nextime.eu and we will tell you how that can be handled.ย 


Shipping
To return your product (if necessary), you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send back to NeXtime.ย 

We always suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We bear no responsibility if your returned shipment doesnโ€™t reach us.

The time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary depending on the delivery address you provide.

The following information is standard for all warranty claims:
Before returning the product, please read the instruction manual carefully. We will contact you to understand the cause of problem if we find any defect in the returned product. If we diagnose and find that the problem could have been remedied easily or that there is no problem, we will charge you for the examination costs. We will also return the original product to you, and charge you for the shipping cost.
